Dream Reef
| Dream Reef was painted from a photograph of Honolua Bay on the Northwest coast of Maui, just past Kapalua Bay. It is a place of extraordinary beauty and is very famous for its first snorkeling. It is a favorite anchoring spot for sailboats. I've spent many hours snorkeling in this marine paradise. This image is part of series of six commissioned paintings, of which Honolua Bay was the first that came to my mind. |
