Forest Eden
| Waterfalls and the brilliant flora of Hawaii are two of my favorite subjects to paint. I love the intensity of color in Hawaii's flowers. And of course I love painting waterfalls because it gives me a chance as a watercolor artist to leave lots of white space. Blank watercolor paper reflects light brilliantly and makes a painting sparkle. My companion piece to this image is "Fountainhead", which was painted to hang alongside this one as a diptych. |
