God Turned On the Lights
| I've spent many months in Colorado on vacation at our family cabin. These aspen trees were painted from a photography I took on the way to Capitol City in Colorado, and it looked like God had turned on the lights. I enjoy painting the trunks of aspen trees, where I get to use my wet-into-wet technique, which entails dropping the dark colors onto wet paper. |
